  • Writing and Negotiating Contracts/Proposals for Professional Service Consultants/Vendors and Sub-contractors.
  • Negotiate and approve Change Orders
  • Initiate Owner Contracts and modifications (Additional Services)
  • Weekly Coordination and Management of the Design Process
  • Review/approval of Invoice and payment applications
  • Development of contingency and allowance strategies
  • Monthly forecast of remaining resources required for project completion.
  • Provide overall strategy for project success from conception to punch list

Construction Management/Administration
  • Direction of construction meetings/ Author meeting minutes
  • Provide field design recommendations and plan interpretation
  • Provide RFI review and response
  • Review Product Submittals for compliance

Project Estimation and Scheduling:

Project Financial Assistance:
  • Development and implementation of cost modeling for financing
  • Monitoring and reporting to participating public agencies.
  • Research and advisement on Governmental Agencies impacting cost and funding.
